ABOUT

Project Delivery Group (PDG) was originally registered with the State of Oregon as Value Management Specialists, LLC on August 26, 2005 (Registry Number 307061-96), to provide project management consulting for our clientsand value engineering studies. On January 1, 2007, the partners re-registered the business with the State of Oregon as Project Delivery Group, LLC to reflect our expansion into providing client-driven full service civil engineering and project development services. We were certified as an Emerging Small Business (Tier 1), a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and a Women Business Enterprise by the State of Oregon Office of Minority, Women and Emerging Small Business (Certification Number 4353). By August 2008, PDG’s five employees and the two founding Principals moved into offices near the Salem airport and added land surveying and planning services. Faced with the serious economic downturn in the nation and region which began in the fall of 2008, PDG principals and a core staff focused our energy and determination on providing our clients with creative, timely, quality services of high value. As we met their needs and expectations, our reputation was built by the referrals of satisfied clients, creating the most valuable marketing tool available.

Today, our qualified professional staff provides civil engineering and design, 3D modeling for machine control, land surveying, land use planning, project management, and other operational and management consulting services. With a staff of fourteen, including three professional engineers, one professional land surveyor, a landscape architect and twelve designers and non-licensed professionals, our team is ready to support your needs.

Professionals on our team are licensed in Oregon, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. 

SERVICES

ENGINEERING

​We work with developers, municipalities and other clients with all aspects of civil engineering, public and private infrastructure, system modeling, and planning services providing a unique perspective and knowledge to the assembled project team.

LAND SURVEYING

​Offering the full range of land surveying services including topographic, design, and boundary surveys; property line adjustments; ALTA/ACSM land title surveys;  mapping; partitioning and subdivision platting; preparation of legal descriptions, and construction staking.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

​PDG professionals offer public and private sector clients assistance in meeting all analysis, planning, oversight, sub-consultant management, and coordination services needed to assure the successful implementation of your project.  These services are available for  the implementation of capital, development, and process projects.

LAND USE & PLANNING

​PDG provides planning services related to local, state and federal entitlements for land use projects, including DEQ and DOGAMI permitting.  Our understanding of local codes and development policies make us a valuable asset in your development project.  We understand how to discuss issues and get to a solution acceptable to all parties.

TEAM

Our professional employees are empowered to work with our clients to meet the needs of the projects and commit the firm contractually. We involve both team members and principals in developing and maintaining strong, direct contact with our clients to assure your needs are met. Our team is committed to the success of our clients – because we understand if our clients are not successful, our firm will not be successful. This commitment and dedication is one of the reasons our firm is growing despite the slow economic environment over the past five years. In addition to our in-house staff, we have established collaborative relationships with other consulting firms. When our client’s needs dictate, we work as a team with other consultants to provide planning, surveying, and engineering services on projects for private and public clients.
